Have you seen how employees in pet stores treat newly arrived fish? It happened I got to see twice by dropping to buy something at the store. I was shocked. They, literally throwing them like a ball. And these poor creatures sitting inside of those plastic bags. Also, I saw how they get them into the aquariums from the plastic bag. They cut the bag and letting the bag water into the main aquarium. No wonder that fish dies so often if you buy from the store. Yeah, they have 2 weeks return policy, but I feel so bad about the fish!
