Description
Customer Service duties include: greeting and speaking with walk-in customers, answering phone calls from potential and "in process" customers, customer updates, some paperwork and computer work.
Once familiar with our procedures and computer system you will be introduced to our parts department.
Parts Department duties include: working with production manager and technicians to order parts for damaged vehicles, reconcile parts coming in to ensure free of damage and correct parts have arrived, organizing parts on parts carts, and getting parts to technicians.
Some computer skills helpful, but we can teach the correct person on the programs needed.
Attention to detail very helpful.
We can train the right person for this job.
