We have an immediate opening for a Part Time and/or Full Time Lot Maintenance Person. You should have good organizational skills, be a self-starter, take pride in your work, have good time management skills, have the ability to follow instructions, but work efficiently with little supervision. Some forklift experience would be helpful. The job will consist of Excellent Customer Service, Supervision of Customers Connecting their vehicle to trailers, Unloading New Trailers, Installing Wheels-Fenders-Jacks-Ramp Gates on new trailers, Prepping Trailers for customer pick up, Organizing Inventory on the Lot, Forklift operation, keeping Rental Trailers Clean & ready for Rent, Responsible for maintaining the Lot (all trash picked up, wood stacked in designated area, weed whacking as needed, etc.), and you will assist in the receiving and stocking of parts. This is an entry level position with room to grow with our company. Weekend work will be necessary and possibly over time.
