Our company is focused on helping our customers live a happier, healthier lifestyle using our product line. We receive thousands of orders from our E-commerce site monthly that we need to package and ship out to our customers, from our AIR-CONDITIONED warehouse right in Largo, Florida! We are looking to add Warehouse Staff to our Teami Team! Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:15am - 4pm with a paid morning and afternoon break and 45 minute lunch Compensation: $11.00 /hr to start, increase to $12/hr after 90 days and favorable performance Job Summary Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Essential duties and responsibilities Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Prepare parcels for mailing Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times Able to stay focused on the task at hand and pay special attention to detail. And other duties as assigned Qualification requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills Dependable and Reliable Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills a plus Must have reliable source of transportation Physical demands and abilities Be able lift, move, push and/or pull objects up to 50 lbs Loading and unloading heavy objects from trucks for up to several hours at a time in Florida weather conditions a few times a month Frequently required to stand, walk, carry, etc Occasional use of tall ladders Perks & Benefits for employees after their 90 day introductory period include: - FUN office culture - great team in an air-conditioned warehouse! - Paid Holidays (this time is off) - Paid Time Off - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance -401K Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $11.00 per hour
