Male and Female fronted POP Dance Band (think DNCE, Ariana Grande, Sia, Gaga, Maroon 5, Timberlake Etc) is looking for a solid Drummer. Must be experienced and comfortable with a click. This is a Corporate / Casino level Startup. Don't let that scare you. We're moving fast and this isn't our first rodeo. Did I mention you MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY TO A CLICK? Because yeah, you'll need to be able to play to a click. I'm gonna say you should own your own IEM's too because if you're used to playing with a click you should already have them, right? We're connected, experienced and focused. We have some age on us. Well, some of us anyway. Clearly we use tracks... We practice to tracks and try and get in a room together about every 2 weeks to mitigate train wrecks. Those meetings will fade away as we get tight and play out more. We're looking to play less for more. We're looking to play a couple times a month, but realistically during the holiday party season we could play a lot. That will be a seasonal thing not the norm.
