Hello all, hope to find you well. I am reaching out for a few talented carpenters/ siding/ drywall, pavers and finish workers. This job entails: Receiving a trailer shipment that needs to be offloaded and carried to the job site. Then we dig 4 holes for the post base. Set 4x10 floor beams onto post base. Install pre-fab floor panels Install pre-fab walls Wrap walls with tyvek and put cedar top cap atop walls Install glue lam beam and transom windows Install pre-fab roofing panels Install 1x10 cedar facia boards Then we do standing seam metal roofing Install windows and doors Insulation on interior and drywall Install hardi-lap siding and paint Paint interior Interior flooring and trim Build small cedar deck Other tasks include: -re setting pavers and adding new for more coverage "new pavers will need to be offloaded and carried to work site" adding more DG and tamping it down. -build form for 2-3 steps and pouring concrete with broom finish. Job is predicted for 6-7 continuous days Pay dependent on experience and reliability $20hr to start Job starts this Thursday morning 8am 9/23 - 9/29 All the rest the days will start at 7am 10 hour days minimum Ill provide lunch and water Thank you for your time.
