Orion Cityscape is a fast-growing high-end luxury residential development company. We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our design-build real-estate firm integrates architectural design with a full range of construction services. Our projects include high-end residential projects in prime locations in the Los Angeles vicinity. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end RESIDENTIAL construction and has a strong leadership and organizational skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leading the successful execution of a variety of construction projects from start to finish • Supervising all aspects of high-end construction projects while ensuring all projects are progressing efficiently and on schedule • Maintaining excellent relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and investors • Liaising with authorities and regulatory agencies • Establishing project reporting procedures • Monitoring the project schedule and budget • Establishing construction plans and engineering methods • Negotiating issues of subcontracts and major purchase orders • Understanding and enforcing contractual responsibilities, contract documents, and providing dispute resolution • Reviewing productivity planning and monitoring performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule, and safety JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of proven experience in project management from project pursuit to project close-out, overseeing RESIDENTIAL construction projects • Must understand and abide by all government processes and regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software programs • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational ability, customer service, and communication skills are required • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent fields - A plus
