I just saw this thing at the end of my street during my nightly midnight ride with the dog. It was there last night, and I think the night before as well. I can't imagine some family just decided to leave it in the middle of their outing. My best guess is that some teenagers swiped it from someone's yard, enjoyed about a quarter mile of laughs, and ditched it. It's at the end of Alicante Street in East Davis, on the green belt, next to a landfill/recycling receptacle. Hopefully either the owners see this or some broke family that wants a cool toy for their kid sees it (I wouldn't feel too bad coming to get it if the latter is the case; this is a pretty nice neighborhood, so...)
