Developer-Contractor has a 3-level Single Family Residence for full remodel. Property just went through zoning, and we are starting demo 9/20th... We need bid submit for Painting Full Interior. You can submit seperate bid for wall/ceiling repair, only if quick and efficient. * Note: 1. No Calls - I will verify license and company in good standing, and then I will do callback. 2. Text or eMail and (just) list Company Name / Contact Name / Phone Number. 3. List your Contractor License Number! Verify that you have liability insurance? Verify that you have workman comp or not? 4. We do not hire Guys using someone else's license. 5. If you contact me and do not have license, just state your experience.
