Seeking Apt renovation contractors AND knowledgeable plumbers/electricians Large APARTMENT renovation manager seeking the following partners: CONTRACTOR: Seeking qualified contractor(s) with experience and crews to handle apartment renovation in volume. Work includes but is not limited to: Demo, Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Plaster, Paint, Tile, Kitchen, LVT, Carpentry/Doors/Trim, Basic Plumbing and Electric All work is inspected by local code officials in addition to our own quality control personnel. Must be clean, neat, and professional. Material will be provided. This is high volume work and we are seeking to partner with a contractor(s) who have experience and appreciates the value component of that. Pricing is based off job but is NOT retail. We are efficient operators who must keep costs low. If you are interested, please reply with as much info about yourselves as possible. PLUMBER/ELECTRICIAN: experienced and professional - nice, neat and clean work - no license needed! Our goal is always to bring someone on to be busy FULL TIME and dedicated to us.
