Come work with me. I will be your only coworker and have 20 years in this business. Applicant should have 2+ years experience using commercial type mower, blower, and weedeater. If you are not a maintenance professional who is comfortable with commercial as well as residential properties and all equipment, DO NOT APPLY. Would like to hire someone who is currently in or has just completed work for a landscape maintenance company. Mowing your grandmothers yard every weekend is admirable, BUT DOES NOT QUALIFY ONE FOR THIS POSITION. Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently. Must be able to speak some English and work in the summer heat. Must be in excellent physical condition.Non smoker. I.D. required. Must have own transportation.
