Central Management, Inc. is seeking to hire a reliable and experienced maintenance supervisor for locations in Clearwater and St Petersburg. Job Description: Oversee staff and maintain property grounds and day to day operations for multiple facilities. Perform plumbing work, electrical repairs, HVAC repairs, light carpentry work, and troubleshoot mechanical issues as necessary. Assist with custodial work Coordinating with outside vendors for repairs or other items as necessary. Work with property management to create efficiencies and compare bids to ensure maximum value. Maintain maintenance log/schedules with property management. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Five years or more experience with general maintenance work Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Pass background check Good communicator and people person Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Compensation: $19-$24 per hour based on experience
