This exciting self-defense workshop will include Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, and legal aspects of self-defense.
Many violent attacks end up going to the ground. This workshop will include ways to prevent an attack, situational awareness, and coaching from Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga instructors. Lily, a Jiu Jitsu instructor, will review ways to deal with a larger attacker and ground fighting. Roy, an attorney and Krav Maga instructor, will discuss the legal aspects of self-defense and review “Krav” techniques. Ages 13+ are encouraged to participate.
Safe and Strong Fitness offers training for individuals and groups in overal fitness and self-defense/self-protection. Our self-defense classes focus on Krav Maga--the Israeli hand-to-hand combat system.
