Need to re-home our sweet loving dog

Aloha, We have found ourselves needing to re-home our sweet and loving dog. Copper is a 18 lbs 5 year old mix, my guess is a sheltie/Pomeranian. He is gentle, great on a leash, lap dog, snuggler, and lover. We are torn in a hard spot because we have a farm and copper runs into our neighbors property. He is a professional chicken hunter and they have domesticated chickens in which he harasses. We have a new baby and it’s too much for us to keep eyes on him all the time. We are unable to put in a fenced yard due to the layout of our property. We would like to find a loving home for him with a fenced yard and companions who would like to take him for walks. He is truly such a sweet companion dog and the hardest decision for us.
