Apartment Complex Maintenance for 184 units
Maintenance Person Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform walkthroughs and inspections on apartments
- Perform general maintenance and repairs such as plastering, painting, etc.
- Electrical repairs and plumbing repairs (Such as snaking a line, replacing a toilet, faucets, replacing a water heater).
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as maintenance person (Submit references & resume)
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized
- Have own transportation
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
