Help !!!please I’m looking for my lost pup he’s only 3 months old he was lost in Portsmouth around the prenis park area on September 18th around 3:30pm he is very playful and outgoing. He was last seen with a white and blue leash and collar with a blue bow tie on it.you can contact me at there is a *reward* for his safe return
