3 years since his murder, we gather at the Lincoln Memorial to remember the life and legacy of the late Saudi journalist and Washington Post Join Freedom First and Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) at the Lincoln Memorial in commemorating the life and legacy of Saudi journalist and Washington Post columnist, Jamal Khashoggi, 3 years on from his murder. We are honored to be joined by Hatice Cengiz, Turkish academic and fiancĂ© of Jamal Khashoggi. Who is Jamal?Jamal Khashoggi was assassinated in a Saudi consulate in Istanbul - on the orders of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman - on October 2, 2018.
