Description

The Esplanade Association presents River Fit: Yoga with B/SPOKE, a relaxing and fit way to kick off your weekend on the Esplanade! Join the Esplanade Association for River Fit: Yoga with B/SPOKE, part of the River Fit Fitness Series! B/SPOKE YOGA is a vinyasa based practice for all levels, with intelligent and effective sequencing to help you flow through each posture intentionally. Each class will follow a structure that allows freedom and creativity for the instructor to create a sequence around a theme, area of the body and/or a peak pose. Yogic philosophy will be respectfully weaved throughout to help connect the physical practice to the spiritual practice of yoga. There will be an emphasis on music that ebbs and flows with each portion of the class, to help you get out of your head and into your body. This yoga class will begin with guided breath work and end with a mindful moment that will allow you to take the intention of class outside the studio and into your life. Yoga with B/SPOKE will take place on Friday, October 8 from 12PM to 12:45PM. Yoga mats will not be provided. We encourage you to bring your own, however, they are not required to participate. Registration for Yoga with B/SPOKE is only available through Eventbrite. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering for River Fit: Yoga with B/SPOKE, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this River Fit Fitness Series class.
