Join us for the final event of the 2021 Rochester Advertising Week - a panel of female trailblazers navigating a new age agency leadership Hear from local female leaders about how they’re helping lead their agencies move forward in today’s ‘new normal’. This new age is about more than just about leading through a pandemic, but about navigating the changing employee landscape, keeping up with the faster-than-ever-changing technology and advertising developments, keeping employees engaged as we continue to look to the future, and what it means to be a woman driving this change. We have one heck of a creative communications community here in Rochester. And the purpose of the RAF is to keep that community thriving. Through events and programs, we educate, connect, and inspire great work–and we have a ton of fun doing it. The RAF is an affiliate of the American Advertising Federation (AAF).
