Our Bright Beginnings Childbirth class is taught by registered nurses who will guide you through this remarkable time and help you prepare for every step. Our class covers the physical and psychological changes during pregnancy, labor terminology, signs of labor, relaxation techniques, pain management, labor and delivery and the post-partum period. *During this unprecedented time, class participants are required to wear masks inside the classroom.
