Experience in residential and commercial properties preferred. Basic electrical, plumbing. Job duties included but not limited to painting, repair work, patching, cleaning. Apartment turnover. Copy keys, replace locks. Required to be on call on a rotating basis. Start immediately. Bilingual preferred. Must pass criminal/background check and drug testing. Must live nearby (33136 zip code).
