I classify this as water carpentry, we refurbish and reinforce bulkheads, pilings, docks, and boathouses. Basically anything that touches the water. This is a residential company. This is a small company but I have enough work on the books to keep one good crew busy through the end of this year. Still getting even more business everyday. I don't sub my work out, and don't hire friends of friends. This work needs to be taught. I give bonuses and raised often it is performance based pay. This isn't for clock watchers. You work hard and you get compensated. When you come to work I will expect you to be here at work. 100% must be pay check motivated. If you enjoy putting in a full day and know how to manage your personal time so you don't have to leave work multiple times a week and at all different hours, when you're here you work from 8:00 to 5:00 and you go home and you can do anything you want on the weekends unless you want to work weekends those are optional optional. If you can manage at least 35 hours a week. And can work by my company's motto no excuses just results I don't want to hear about what you can do I want to see what you can do. This is a job for grown adults and you have to be able to lift 80 lb and be fairly athletic then this is a job for you.
