Seeking rental/air b and b cleaner /manager

I am searching for a person to clean and do the turnovers for a single family home for an air b and b rental in Hibbing, MN (3rd ave west and 35th). It would entail cleaning the home and washing the bedding/towels/dishes and making sure the house looks ok and ready for the next guest. This would be approximately a 2 hour time period to clean and do the laundry. The salary would be $25 per hour so approximately $50 with each checkout, and it would be when a person books it and so you would usually know ahead of time which days you would need to be there to do this.. Some Duties would include laundering the bedding, cleaning, back up snow removal and lawn care ( I should be able to get these covered for the most part i hope), making sure the home is basically ready to go when people arrive and possibly unexpected things that may come up when they are there. Other duties may include stocking things like toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. Checkout would be 11:00 and then the new guest could check in at 3 so it would need to be done in that time period. If you were not going to be in town we would have to schedule a vacation ahead of time so i could block off the calendar or find somebody else for the turnPerfect for a person just looking to make some extra money but not a full time job. you.
