Join us on our a 25 mile ruck to test the mind and body! Gather your team of 3-5 and tackle this challenge. Versa Fitness 25 Mile Ruck Time: Oct. 23rd 6AM - 4PMPrice: 25$ (All profits go to Dance Marathon) Weights: Males will carry a 20lb weight and Females a 10lb weight in their bag. Versa Fitness will loan out weights as needed, but will be first come first serve. Details to come for reservations. If you need to purchase your own weight we reccomend doing so as soon as possible. Aid Stations: 2-3 along the route, locations TBDMap: https://onthegomap.com/s/1oeiet41Prizes: TBDRules: 10 hours to complete start to finish with your team or solo. To be eligible for a 1st place finish you will be required to ruck the distance with your weight (see above). If you start as a team each member must cross the finish line. We highly recommend that you carry a source for hydration and calories. We will have 2-3 aid stations, but it's important to bring your own supplies. Along the route you or someone on your team will be required to document each check point via Instagram and tagging @versafitness and @runuidm. This is to help ensure we know where each team is along the way. You will be given directions well before the race, but it is recommend that you either map it out or place the check points on an GPS app prior to the start of the Ruck. (Road Warrior / Foot Path are two apps we recommend but you can use anything you choose) ***The route you follow does not have to be exact to the map provided.
