THE WORK: 1) NOW!! - Plumb in a new HOT WATER HEATER, Basement level, ASAP!! 2) FUTURE - move a kitchen & bath, repipe entire apartment, install indirect HW heaters, rehab another kitchen and bath, etc, etc. So helping me with the HW HEATER could lead to getting all the other work.
