I'm looking for some help doing many odd jobs on my property in the Littleton/Acton area right off of route-2. I will be the GC when we need to pull permits and will help when I can as well. You need to have some experience with retrofit installations and finishing work of:WindowsDoorsCabinets The range of work is rather wide:Casement window replacement (including external and internal molding replacement)Door replacementEnclosed porch remodelDeck replacementBalcony replacementKitchen cabinet work (fixing, installing new sliders, door replacement, etc)Fascia replacement and gutter installationSiding replacementFencing workSome general, relatively light demolition workPour a couple of concrete slabsetc. I will generally buy the materials and have all the tools needed. I will reimburse for any out of pocket expenses we agree are needed. I'm willing to consider compensating you for some of your travel expenses to and from the job site if you do 3 or more hours that day. I will always compensate you for your travel times "on the job" (e.g., making a hardware store run). I'm willing to do cash or a 1099 or something else, which ever you prefer. You can work 9-5, nights, weekends, or holidays I'm flexible, so you can have another day job just like me. I'm not looking for a contractor to come and bid. I'm looking for someone who is willing to work along side me some of the time and solo other times. Someone who can help me we work through the many things that need to happen. I'm looking to pay an honest wage, not lowball, not highball, but I want someone who does not idle while on the job.
