Concrete sustaining wall built needed

I have been let down by the hired contractor, I need someone who can still build a concrete wall for sustaining a garage this fall. It is not a small job, so someone with experience in pouring concrete and building foundations is required. I have Structural engineering plans which have been approved by the Newton council and have to be followed by the letter. The size of the garage is 10x20 feet, but the wall is 12 feet tall on one end, and meeting with ground level at the other end, so in a slope. If you can do it before end of October (basically before witner) please contact me; I do have contractors that can do it next year. Thank you.
