Carpet Installation Needed 12 x 15

I have a 12 x 15 carpet that needs to be installed. Power stretch & knee kicked as needed. This is a drop - no seams. The tack is down and in great shape from the prior carpet but may need to be adjusted for the new carpet. I have 7/16" 8lb but I think I'm a little short so if you have a remnant that would be great. Would like it installed asap. What's your price for the job and when can you install?
