Nance, Chair of Sports Authority CEO of LHP Development, formerly the longtime Executive Director and CEO of Knoxville’s Community Development Corp., and the former Vice Chairman of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.   The Sports Authority Board is a joint board of the City of Knoxville and Knox County. The Board was created for the purpose of planning, financing, constructing and managing a publicly-owned sports and entertainment stadium in East Knoxville, near the Old City. Doug Kirchhofer, CEO of Boyd Sports in Tennessee Kirchhofer, who serves as CEO of Boyd Sports in Tennessee, is a Class of 2007 graduate of Leadership Knoxville and has made East Tennessee his permanent home since 1981 despite sometimes working in other locations, because of his love for the region.
