Small group light meditation to share our peace and love with the world. October's theme is FREEDOM. *Because space is extremely limited, you must pre-register at https://www.yourbestlight.com/events-workshops* Gather under the light for a guided meditation dedicated to sending love, compassion, and peace to the world. Each event begins with intention setting and a guided meditation to anchor in the energy, followed by a light and sound immersion. We leave time at the end to share any reflections or inspirations with the group. Suggested donation of $5. Participation is limited to six people. As a life coach trained by the Academy for Coaching Excellence, I specialize in assisting people in finding the clarity, confidence, and courage to pursue their biggest dreams. Taking a beliefs-based approach, I support clients in uncovering and then rewriting conscious and unconscious beliefs - often programmed into us when we are young - that limit us and what we feel capable of. I also support clients in finding the inner strength, resilience, and wisdom that allows them to cope with the chaos and challenges of massive local and global upheaval. Everything Rising Light offers is intended to elevate human consciousness, promote freedom and empowerment, and bring about a more peaceful and enlightened world.
