Dirt work/ leveling

I have a 1acre track out in cypress, Tx (77429) that I recently had tree roots pulled out. Now I need to have my entire property laser leveled or professionally leveled according to some specs. This will need to be final grade finish and once leveled out I will need to add a house pad (pad site will be done at a future date after leveling) I might need dirt or maybe not. I need help determining wether or not I need more dirt. You can call or text.
