Property Management licensing, Oct 5,7,12,14,15 Fundamentals of Property Management class - 40 hours REQUIRED credit. Must attend all five sessions. Each session is 8:00- 5:00 pm. Classes meet Tuesday October 5, Thursday October 7, Tuesday October 12, Thursday October 14, and Friday October 15. Course cost is $675 plus shipping charges and cc fees (unless students pick up materials before class starts and drops off check). Class dates (8:00 – 5:00 pm each session): Final test on last day. Passing test qualifies student to schedule state test in Pierre at SD Real Estate Commission. After passing state test, student must have application for license received by real estate commission within 60 days. SDREC supplied fingerprint cards and authorization/payment for background check should accompany application. SDREC fingerprint cards are included with class materials. Additional student materials will be supplied using a Dropbox invitation. There will be a final test accessed through student's email. *** IN-CLASS ATTENDEES: Since people have had the opportunity to receive vaccinations, if they choose to have them, we are opening the class seating up without social distancing or mask requirements. This will allow our people on a waitlist to attend in person. We are honoring HIPPA confidentiality standards and not asking about vaccination status. Anyone with an in-person ticket can also switch and attend sessions using ZOOM if desired. People have used this in the past, for instance, because of child-care obligations. As always, anyone can attend via ZOOM if they desire, no reason needed. If you choose to attend using ZOOM you will need to be on camera, with microphone capability during the entire class. *****We do request you do not attend in person if you have any symptoms, do not feel well, or have been in recent contact with someone who has COVID. If have any symptoms such as flu-like symptoms or loss of taste or smell, please attend via Zoom or reschedule. If have recently been in contact with people who have tested COVID positive, or if have recently travelled to an area with high outbreak please attend via Zoom. . If you have an in-person ticket it is possible to attend via ZOOM if needed.***** *** ZOOM ATTENDEES: must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smart phones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation sent in a separate email.
