Locally owned established debris & junk removal business seeks working foreman to oversee jobs with one or more teams of helpers. Our primary focus is on junk/debris removal, pick up and delivery services, and some local moving. Post says full time BUT...it will start out part-time until I am sure the right person has been found. Then I will book more jobs. I just like to be upfront so you know what the deal is. The ideal candidate will: Know how to load trailers efficiently to maximize the load. Know how to pull and back truck and trailer into all kinds of situations and tight spots without damage to equipment or other people's property etc. Have moving experience. Know how to deal with customers in a professional polite manner. Have a clean driving record for insurance purposes. Be open to a background check. Disclose any felony criminal history. (we all have pasts, I just want to know going in) Be able to work flexible hours until we build enough teams to cover the workload. Be able to lift 80lbs. Be able to accept constructive suggestions and criticism on how to get jobs done. Be able to professionally manage teams of 1 to 3 additional workers. Have a pickup truck would be awesome but not mandatory. Be on time. Be on time. Be on time. Sorry but must drive that point home. Be willing to sign a confidentiality and non-compete agreement.
