Twirl and pinch paper to create a beautiful work of art! This program is for teens grades 6-10. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Wake County Public Libraries currently requires visitors ages 5 and up to wear a mask when indoors. People with medical exemptions will be allowed into the library without a mask. Per the guidance of Wake County, we are limiting attendance to 15 total participants. The maximum amount of time we will be allotted in the programming room is 15 minutes.
