Learn how to cook authentic Chinese Stir Fry
In this hands on class you will learn the basics of authentic Chinese stir fry. You will work with Chef Me Li creating a menu of Jiangxi Farmer Style Cauliflower with Bacon, Wuhan Tahini Noodles, Di San Xian (Three Earth Flavors).
Cost for this class is $55/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

What to Expect:
In this class, Chef will walk you through the process of preparing each item. This is a hands on class which means you will participate in the bulk of preparing the meal. Chef may have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class. You will receive a 20% discount if you choose to shop on the day of the event. (Some exclusions do apply) You will have 30 minutes after the class for shopping.
