I am looking to rehome my 5yo female tuxedo kitty, Figaro (yes I know it’s a boy’s name but she looks just the cat from Pinocchio) Figaro is a sweet girl but prefers to be the only pet. She is not a fan of my elderly dog or the kittens I foster as part of my job. She will not actively attack other animals, she will only growl and hiss and complain from a distance. She’s been spending all of her time the past 6mo in the basement by herself. I feel like she needs a home where she can be happy. I will ask screening questions to make sure she goes to a good home She likes to snuggle up on your lap and get pets, sleep next to you and keep you company while you get ready in the morning. She is not fond of being kissed or picked up, but if you do attempt it, she will simply leave rather than biting or scratching
