Insulation Technician / Energy Efficiency crew member Work hours: summer: 6:30 am - 4:30 pm winter: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Seeking a crew member to support insulation and energy efficiency operations. Crew members will support the following tasks: remove and dispose of insulation, install loose fill and batt insulation, replace and seal ductwork, install radiant barrier, install roof vents and solar fans, seal attics, install weather stripping for doors and windows, caulk doors and windows, prep for spray foam, complete demolition work Individuals must be able to work in attics and under buildings in crawl spaces, especially during summer months. Experience with light industrial equipment (insulation vacuum, insulation blower, generator, compressor) and hand power tools (hammer drill, impact wrench, skillsaw, multi-tool etc.) is required. Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States and have transportation to and from warehouse locations.
