Description

Budding Naturalists is a program for teens in grades 9 - 12 Our programs for high school students offer an opportunity for local youth to take the lead on exploring and addressing environmental issues. This program is intended to elevate student voices and will be implemented in a flexible manner based on youth input. Student-led projects have immense potential to benefit local communities, empower the next generation, and generate hope and inspiration for the future. Parents and guardians may choose to drop off their teenagers for this program. Sunday, July 18, 2021, 4:30-5:30 pm. Monday, August 23, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, September 6, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, September 20, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, October 4, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, October 18, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, November 1, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Registration Fee: free for members, $5 per session for non-members Registration is required, and COVID-19 safety measures will be followed. Registration is free for members of Goodell Gardens & Homestead (click here to learn how to join), or $5 per session for folks who aren’t yet members. ** Please note: siblings are welcome to join, but must be registered separately. One adult registration is included with each Budding Naturalists Registration. Goodell Gardens & Homestead is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization located in Edinboro, Pennsylvania.
