Learn how to use common hand and power tools to build your own reusable, long-lasting seasonal yard decorations! Add some excitement to your yard this Halloween by building your own seasonal lawn decorations! Join us for a free outdoor workshop on Saturday, October 16th from 1-3pm to learn how to safely use hand tools, power drills, and a variety of different saws. Build long-lasting, reusable outdoor decorations that will delight and terrify for seasons to come! Learn how to construct a scarecrow, fake headstone, or freestanding silhouette using basic materials and hardware. Adults and teens are welcome. Safety equipment will be provided. Meet in the Millvale Community Library backyard at 213 Grant Avenue, Millvale PA, 15209. This workshop is funded by a generous grant from the Three Rivers Community Foundation.
