It doesn't matter if she's Cat Woman, Wonder Woman, She-Hulk, or whatever badass woman you desire to portray! Dress up anyway you like and come out to enjoy some Zumba and a Fitness Q&A Panel! Come with plenty of questions. Think about some struggles you may have with your fitness goals, eating habits, motivations, etc. I have been in the fitness industry for several years and have worked in the fitness department of the Air Force as well. I started competing in bodybuilding in 2014 and have won several shows, one of them being crowned a PRO Athlete at an all Natural Competition (NGA). I have a passion for fitness and empowering women of ALL ages to take back their confidence through health and fitness!!!
