Lamb Fest 2021 will sizzle as the region's most prestigious chefs compete to create the winning lamb dish. Attendees will taste and vote! 2021 Western PA Lamb FestRenowned worldwide for producing America’s best lamb, Western Pennsylvania is also on the map for some of the most remarkable new chef talent in the county. The event is slated to be an all-star cook-off, with 8 collaborative chef teams from Pittsburgh’s most prominent restaurants, as well as guest chefs visiting from award-winning eateries in neighboring states. This year’s “Lamb Fest” will sizzle in the Southside Works on 27th Street, between Sydney and Carson Streets. Join us for an unforgettable, unmatched culinary experience! This year’s Lamb Fest teams will be held mainly outdoors and will cook up tastings and serve beverages against a backdrop of natural and manmade beauty. Parking will be plentiful. Tents and seating will be, too. Our 1,200+ guests and our chef teams will have an open air, easy, convenient experience – and that will free up each of us to enjoy memorable lamb dishes, impressive cocktails , and much more. Guests will need to be fully vaccinated with the Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccine and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the event with their valid ticket. “Fully vaccinated” means on the event date as shown on the valid ticket, a guest is: at least 14 days after their second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, or at least 14 days after their single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine . Proof of vaccination must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination. Guests may display proof on a smartphone or present a physical copy. Guests should maintain a physical distance of at least six feet from others not in their party during their time at the event Visitors are required to sanitize their hands upon entry at the event and should regularly wash and sanitize their hands throughout their visit.
