Need help with Painting, staining, general help

I am mid way through a project to paint 3 rooms of a house as well as some other things and am looking for general labor help - hopefully someone with some experience. I have one guy who has been helping me for months but it's not going fast enough so I need to get one more person to help out. Almost all the prep work has been done so now we are just painting and then when the walls are painted we will stain and clear coat the wood trim in the room. PLEASE have some experience doing this type of work and let me know what that is. I need someone who knows how to paint and can work cleanly. You can begin work on Wednesday and if things work out I can keep you busy for a couple of weeks. I also want to stain the deck and outside of the house which will call for washing and scrubbing and some sanding of the redwood on the exterior of the house to prep the surfaces and then staining. If you have experience doing this type of work that is prefered and please tell me about your experience. In any case I need someone who is hard working and does not need to be babysat all day. I want to be able to explain what needs to be done, show you how to do it and then know that you will be working well on your own and not breaking things in the process. I can pay $20 per hr. Please let me know about your availablity too. Are you open for the next 2- 3 weeks working 5-6 days a week 8-4 or 9- 5? I will pay you each day in cash. Thanks for reading.
