Jobs

San Francisco CA

Description

If you were a Security Guard and did not get a fully duty-free meal or rest break, you may have a claim under the California Labor Code. If you had to remain on site, or keep your radio or phone on during breaks, you may have a claim for back wages. If you cleaned your own uniform or used your own cell phone without reimbursement from your employer, you also may be owed significant back wages and penalties under the California Labor Code. If you had to answer calls at home or had to perform work off the clock, you may be owed overtime and double minimum wages. Call Law Offices to see what claims you might have: (310) 478-5789.
