Take Part in Porex Filtration Group/Madison Industries World Clean-up Day on October 2nd! The Filtration Group team in Crewe, U.K, invites you and your colleagues to participate in World Cleanup Day 2021! World Cleanup Day is an international initiative that takes place yearly across 180 countries with the objective of making our world a cleaner place to live. It aims to remind people that we must keep our planet clean and that a little effort, even just one day, goes a long way! This is the perfect opportunity for teambuilding through community service, while also supporting our mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive. The Filtration Group team in Crewe first joined the World Cleanup day initiative in 2019. We collected a total of 5kg of rubbish found around the Crewe office surroundings. The event only took about an hour away from our workday, but it was a great way to feel re-invested in our mission and connected with our team mates. Plus, we had the added sense of purpose that comes with participating in a global initiative! It is easy to join and participate. You can also participate as an individual so you could do this with your family and friends, in addition to joining your colleagues.
