We are a growing commercial landscape maintenance company based in Santa Clara serving the Greater San Jose market. We are looking for a crew leader to run a fast paced maintenance route in the South Bay. The successful candidate will be able to foresee potential problems and have the specialty skills needed to solve them. Responsibilities: - Lead a crew. Assign tasks and direct work within scope and time for jobs. Train, supervise and assist crew members - Transport crew and equipment to job sites daily. - Perform landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, raking, applying pesticides, etc., maintaining and handling power equipment. Ensure the crew performs these tasks in a proper and safe manner. This role will report to our Manager of Landscape Services based in our Santa Clara office. Requirements Valid California Drivers License Requires experience with landscape maintenance Requires strong communication skills Requires ability to work M-F 6am-3pm Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
