Do the Clintons still own the DNC ?

At the end of Obama's second term, the DNC was going bankrupt. The Clintons stepped up and purchased the DNC's debt, and basically took over operations. You can read about it in Donna Brazil's book. People wondered if that was even legal, because Hillary was running for president in 2016, while she and Bill owned the DNC at the same time. Of course, you know what happened, Bernie Sanders was kicking Hillary's ass in the Democratic Primaries. But somehow, Hillary managed to wrestle the win away from Bernie, take all his money and all his votes, so she could go on a face Trump. I'm not sure if the Clintons still own the DNC, so just wondering if anyone else knows.. ??
