Re-homing Frenchie

We have a baby on the way and our Frenchie Hamilton (Hammy) is having some barrier aggression issues. We are looking to re-home him to a family with no other dogs as we find that he becomes aggressive while barking to our other Frenchie and are worried it could happen to our baby on the way. He is lovely with our 9 year old and my many students who are in elementary, middle, and highschool, but for some reason thinks he needs to protect his space. He is the cutest doggie, is neutered, and does need some training. We want to make sure he goes to the right home. Our other Frenchie (and I) are very attached to him so this is a tough situation. We recommend a home with children over age 6 until the issue is solved. Re-homing fee of $500. We are mainly concerned with finding the right family. He is 1.5 Years, no health issues, is neutered, and is up to date on vaccinations.
