Synergy Contractors Groups LLC is a wood framing company building commercial and residential high-end complexes and single-family homes in the greater Seattle area. We currently have multiple townhomes and single-family projects and are looking for great people to join our team. This is a full-time position for an experienced laborer in the Seattle area. Work is full time, Mon-Fri 6:00am-3:00pm (Sometimes 4:00pm). Occasional Saturdays are optional. Duties include- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.) Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA safety rules and regulations along with good housekeeping practices by setting a consistent example for and clear standards of safety in the warehouse. Work "hand on" in the warehouse Assist the shop with ordering and managing materials needed for job sites Manage and track tool inventory on site and in shop – Must be able to hold workers accountable Lifting/Carrying (+75 lbs) Sweep as requested onsite and in shop Removing debris and trash from buildings to dumpsters – onsite and in shop Measure and cutting lumber, sheeting in shop Job requirements- All employees must follow all safety rules, at all times, including wearing proper safety equipment (i.e. boots, safety glasses, hard hats). Must have reliable transportation. Comfortable operating bigger box trucks. Will be required to drive from the shop to the job site every day. Must have neat, clean appearance. Must have good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Must be punctual, reliable, and hard working. Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Must be organized. Starting pay $25-35 per hour DOE.
