Nancy Fritz Designs, LLC is an established small business that is growing and looking for new members to join our team! We are a landscaping company specializing in fine gardening, lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting installation, and light landscape construction. THIS POSITION IS SPECIFIC TO OUR LAWN CARE DIVISION THOUGH YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CROSS-TRAIN ON OUR GARDENING CREW IF YOU SHOW APTITUDE FOR IT. Position Requirements: -Take pride in their work -Must be able to complete physical labor including bending, lifting, digging, kneeling, etc. -Minimum of one year experience in the industry -Ability to operate and maintain lawn care power equipment -Valid driver license -Reliable transportation to and from the shop or job sites -Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak season (Spring-Fall). 40 hours per week. Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 /hour Job Type: Full-time Shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off (3 day weekends!) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: During COVID, our lawn care team rides 2 people/truck, to and from the shop. If there is a concern, you are free to drive your own vehicle. We work outdoors, at 6+ feet apart, in masks, and do not come in direct contact with clients. Safety is Number One!
