We are: A full-service commercial and residential real estate maintenance services company In business since: 1980 We are seeking: An enthusiastic person available for full time work to add to our highly regarded, hard-working maintenance staff. We work: Out of Shorewood and primarily in Milwaukee County but our clients have properties across 10 counties in every type of neighborhood. We service any and all handyman issues for Residential and Commercial Property Management. We perform: - Basic plumbing repairs, including SharkBite fitting or sweat copper, replace PVC & galvanized (important) - Basic electrical - Carpentry and sheetrock repairs, - HVAC troubleshooting - Grounds maintenance - Property/ unit make-ready work - Exterior repairs as needed What is required: - Reliability - Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to our office - Trustworthiness - Willingness to learn - Ability to get along with the team Pay is based on skills and experience. Full time hires accrue vacation, paid holiday, and illness paid time off. Pay is reviewed annually and highly productive staff members can earn overtime and bonus work.
